We recently undertook what can only be described as a major renovation of our Practice. Four treatment rooms were added to the existing six room along with an OPG room, new staff room with shower and toilet facilities and we redesigned our reception area. Our project involved not only construction time but many months of planning with Brett Meares and the entire Dentifit team. Throughout all stages of the project we found Dentifit to be knowledgeable and considerate of the individual needs and wants of our Practice and always available for consultation and discussion. During construction we found that the Dentifit team were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done with the minimum of inconvenience or disruption to the day to day operations of the Practice. To enable us to continue operating fully and not to have to close the surgery at all they either started very early in the mornings or worked weekends if necessary. At all times the entire Dentifit team were polite and considerate toward all members of our staff, patients and visitors to our Practice. Their good humour and approachability assisted in enabling the project to run smoothly, to time and with very few problems. Our experience with Brett & Jenny (Dentifit) has been fantastic from day one. Their experience assisted us in selecting the ideal lease to suit our needs and appropriate for a dental fitout. From the planning and design, to the day of the handover, it was a seamless exercise and far less stressful than we anticipated. This was a result of Brett & Jenny's understanding of the nuances involved with a dental fitout and working with the various parties (equipment suppliers, IT company etc) to deliver our requirements. We recently engaged Dentifit for a renovation of our practice, which included changing an old office into a new surgery room, and a redesign of the waiting room space and a lab area. Brett and Jenny Mears and the entire Dentifit team were so knowledgeable from the design, planning to the construction stages of the project, they made the whole process stress-free. After only a few short design brief meetings, Brett, Jenny and the team understood exactly what we required, and they offered some very practical solutions that would work well in a tight space that was available. Throughout the whole project, Brett and Jenny were always available and efficient with all the correspondence, we never had to waste time to follow up on anything. To minimise the inconvenience to our patients, we were quite specific with the time frame of the project. Brett, Jenny and the team were so accommodating to our requests, and they worked very hard in their coordinations to have the renovation finished within such a tight schedule.
